How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your delivery address and choose prepaid payment or Cash on Delivery (COD). You will get an order confirmation by email or SMS.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is free on orders above ₹1000. For COD orders below ₹1000, a COD charge of ₹80 applies.

What are the shipping charges for prepaid orders?

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹500. Prepaid orders below ₹500 have a shipping charge of ₹45.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered in about 3-7 days, depending on your pincode. We ship across India with Delhivery and Shadowfax.

How can I track my order?

Log in to your account on chiefangler.com and open Orders. Each order shows its live tracking status, courier name and tracking number.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You can request a return from your order page within 3 days of delivery. Every return request is reviewed and must be approved by us. Once approved, return pickup is free.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes. All prices include GST (5%). There are no extra taxes at checkout.
